About the Role

This is a customer-facing position based out of our Glasgow headquarters, with regular travel across the UK and Europe for scheduled service visits. You'll install, service, and repair equipment, ensuring top-quality support for our customers.

When not on-site, you’ll work from our modern facility, collaborating with a close-knit, experienced engineering team.

What You’ll Need as a Field Service Engineer:

  • Full, clean UK driving licence and a valid passport
  • HNC in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer
  • Genuine passion for engineering and travel
  • Strong fault-finding, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Open and friendly nature – this is a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A second language would be an advantage

Working Hours

  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 17:00, Friday: 09:00 – 14:00
  • Start times may be adjusted to suit travel schedules: earliest: 08:00, latest: 09:30
