We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our Glasgow office and help keep our growing business running smoothly.

The Role

You will play a key part in keeping our fast-paced renewable energy business running efficiently. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines office management, administration, and project support across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Welcome visitors and manage front-of-house reception.

  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and coordinate calendars.
  • Maintain company correspondence and filing systems.
  • Process staff expenses and manage travel bookings.
  • Organise, lead internal events, and team activities.

Project Support:

  • Manage and maintain project control documents for Development and Delivery teams.
  • Support project managers with documentation, reporting, and process coordination.
  • Maintain accurate data for the project pipeline and key milestones across our UK/Finland/Sweden businesses.
  • Prepare and process weekly payment runs and project-related administration.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Exceptionally organised, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.
  • A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Experienced in office administration, ideally within construction, engineering, or renewables (advantageous but not essential).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general business software systems.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £27,500 - £35,000 (dependent on experience).
