As we continue to grow and a valued team member approaches retirement, we’re looking for a motivated, detail-driven Paraplanner to join our collaborative team and play a key role in shaping the next chapter of our business.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with our IFAs, Paraplanners, and Practice Manager to deliver a high-quality, compliant service to our clients. Your work will directly support our advisers, ensuring every recommendation, report, and client interaction meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify suitable financial solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate client files and documentation.
  • Draft detailed, compliant recommendation and suitability reports.
  • Prepare client review paperwork and associated documentation.
  • Stay current with market, product, and regulatory changes.
  • Support process improvements and the development of investment propositions.

About You

You are a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner with proven experience in pensions and investments. You combine analytical thinking with strong communication and a collaborative approach.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent report writing and analytical skills.
  • Confident communication - written and verbal.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Broad technical and regulatory knowledge of financial services.
  • Proactive, curious, and open to continuous learning and CPD.
  • Competent in tools such as FE Analytics, Dynamic Planner, and cash-flow modelling software.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £37,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience)
  • Mainly remote working, however you'll be required to attend the office during training and for any scheduled meetings.
  • 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
