<p>We are looking for a practical, reliable and hardworking Dairy Agricultural Engineer to join the service team. This is a varied, hands-on role offering excellent training and long-term development for someone with an interest in agriculture, engineering, machinery or mechanics.</p>

	<li>Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday&ndash;Friday, 08:00&ndash;17:00</li>
	<li>On-Call: 1 week in every 6 weeks</li>

<p><strong>The Role&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p>You will work on farms across Scotland and Northern England, installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing dairy equipment. You will also attend breakdowns and emergency call-outs, provide general farm-based support when required and work directly with customers to ensure equipment is operating safely and effectively.</p>

<p>Previous experience in agricultural engineering, mechanical engineering, farming, machinery maintenance or another practical environment would be beneficial, but full agricultural engineering experience is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.</p>

<p>In this position, you would work from Tuesday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with Monday off. You will receive all the training, leads, and support you require to be successful in this position.</p>

If you&rsquo;re looking for a new opportunity in the agriculture sector this could be ideal for you.</p>

<p>You will cover Scotland &amp; North England and be based at our site in Aberdeenshire.</p>

<p>Vehicles are based on truck chassis but can be driven on a car licence. You will travel to customers and process their feed on farm in accordance with the farmer&rsquo;s requirements for their animals. You will establish great relationships with our customers, therefore good communication skills are essential for this role.</p>

<p>Applicants should be able to work on their own initiative, be self-motivated and capable of working alone and unsupervised. You might need to work and stay away from home at times.&nbsp;You should be able to maintain good records and have an eye for detail. This role involves farm work and can be dusty and noisy at times. The ideal candidate may be from an agricultural background, however training can be given.</p>

<p>We ask that you are conscientious, a good communicator, have a strong work ethic and are not afraid of getting your hands dirty.</p>

<p>Positions available in East Lothian and Midlothian.</p>

<p>The dedicated Advocates will join the In-Person Advocacy team, helping people across Scotland engage with individuals who need support to express their views, understand information and talk through decisions.</p>

<p>As an In-Person Advocate, you will meet customer&#39;s face-to-face in community settings and in their own homes. You will provide one-to-one advocacy to help people prepare for and take part in benefit applications, redeterminations, and appeals. Ensuring that they feel confident, informed, and empowered every step of the way.</p>

<p>You will also be responsible for completing forms, taking minutes, producing reports and keeping comprehensive case notes.</p>

<p>In addition to being in the community, the roles will be office or home based for administration depending on geographical location. But there will be a requirement for travel across your allocated area.&nbsp;<strong>A full driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.</strong></p>

<p><strong><u>About you</u></strong></p>

<p>We&rsquo;re looking for someone who:</p>

<ul>
